初学python，使用的是pycharm，记录一下遇到的问题

pycharm安装第三方库，一直显示reload list of package
解决方法
- 添加镜像源
华中理工大学：http://pypi.hustunique.com/
山东理工大学：http://pypi.sdutlinux.org/
- 在设置中添加信任
勾选Accept non-trust certificates automatically
- 大功告成
